Refund policy
THE MOVEMENT BOUTIQUE – RETURN POLICIES
We want you to love your new purchase. If you don't love it, just bring it back to our store for a refund or exchange. It's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in new sell-able condition for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of your purchase. All items must be in their original packaging/boxes, have all attached tags, and must be accompanied by your original receipt.
Items returned after 21 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. Promotional discounts are only valid during the duration of a sale. Exchanges made after the duration of a sale will not be provided the promotional discount.
In-Store, Online, Phone and Email Purchases
The following is applicable to orders that are placed in store, by email, telephone or online order for shipment or curbside pick up:
Regular priced shoes and bodywear can be returned for refund within 21 days of purchase when in unused original condition with tags attached and printed/emailed receipt.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- All shoes worn with bare feet (FootUndeez, Dance Paws, all turning shoes),
- All tights
- Training tools
- Accessories
- Socks
- Undergarments (body stocking and bras included)
- Custom made or special-order items (ie. Lucky Leo Christmas Order)
- Sale Bin, One of Kind, Consignment, and Markdown Merchandise
- Gift items
- Make-up
- Hair accessories
- Holiday seasonal items
- Jewellery
- PPE (masks and face covers)
How to Return an Item for Refund - Purchased In-Store
Please visit the store within 21 days of your purchase to process the return for the applicable item(s).
Returns by Mail - Orders Purchased Online
Include a copy of your order in the package. This information allows us to identify the sender and process the return. Package your return in a box or envelope and securely seal it. Be sure to cover up any old shipping labels or barcodes.
